We had to colledt and centralize all client information with a CRM package. Once we had that, a customer survy was conducted thta establised the lack of understanding of the depth of services Cypress could supply thier clients. We developed the "Cypress System" in order to more readily explain those markets and we build a flagship borchure, advertising, marketing and website to support the message. As they grew, we brought on several key individuals to handle the additional business. We handled several events, including the co-op reimbursements, and at one partivcular event, brought in 110 new high level contacts and companies that had never worked with Cypress. This was a full utilization of C.L.A.I.M. that was complete when we trained the new marketing manager how to continue the processes and techniques we established.
