This relationship has lasted over 7 years.  We function as the Marketing Director on a contract basis for Semi Bulk Systems.  When Charles Alack, President, designed a new mixer, he needed help figuring out how to promote it properly because it was so revolutionary.  There was NOTHING else out ther even remotely like it.  That is when he called in MarketTech.  And we have been his marketing "go to" ever since.

Project Introduction
Though some clients want "project based work", Semi-Bulk is a great example where MarketTech functions as adjunct staff and an integrated part of the management team.  We even attend the company picnics and holiday get-togethers with employees.  Whatever the need, MarketTech adapts to "get the job done" and assure success for our customers like Semi-Bulk.

Project Build

Over the years, we have worked closely with Semi-Bulk to achieve several goals.  We took a piece of machinery and gave it a personality.  We sold the RESULTS the equipment could help realize - 400% inccrease in productivity, reduction of process time by 54%, reduction of mechanical maintenance, energy and dust in environment, reduction of injuries from highest in company to ZERO, 80% energy reduction - and so on...

Marketing collateral including postcards, posters, show booths, flash presentations, PowerPoint presentations, email blasts, a dynamic website that was informative and yet still sales oriented, and more were designed to grab attention and create action with the targeted audience.  The imagery was strong and colors vibrant that met with the "branding" we put in place.

To follow up on leads and assure the best customer service, we also place a CRM system that has been utilize for over 5 years now.  Because so many of the reps were remote and traveling, the system had to be flexible enough to allow for all employees everywhere to work together.  Even the field engineers utilized the system to assure the highest quality customer service. This samd CRM system allowed us to conduct highest probabliyt automated marketing campaigns that generated results.
